As of Fall 2012, paper bills will no longer be sent to students. An e-mail notification, sent to each student's ISU email address (example:, will alert the student when a new bill is available for viewing.

Using the ISU Student Account Suite, students can check their accounts and pay online. Visa, MasterCard, or electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account (electronic check) are the online payment options. While the University is switching to electronic billing, all current payment options will continue to be available. Individuals will still be able to pay bills by check, whether by mail or in person.

Students can establish authorized users (for example, parents, grandparents). These authorized users can view the student's account/electronic bills and make payments toward an unpaid balance. Students can establish more than one authorized user. Authorized Users access is different than proxy access.

  • Log in using University username and password.
  • Click on the "My Account/Authorized Users" tabs.
