The Charles E. Brown African American Cultural Center is planning the 2018 Black Fall Congratulatory on Friday, December 14, 2018. The Black Congratulatory is an event that celebrates the culmination of an achievement: your college graduation and receiving a degree. Students who anticipate graduating this fall (December 2018) are invited to participate in the program. All participants must have a graduation cap and gown in order to participate.
