The Co-Curricular Record provides students with a verified, documented history of their university related achievements outside of the classroom. The record can be used to assist in the building of resumes and applications, interview preparation, and as a supplement to other career related documents.

How do I print the unofficial version of my Co-Curricular Record?

1. In the Mozilla Firefox browser, navigate to the ISU home page at cms.indstate.edu
2. Click the "MyISU" link at the top of the page.

3. Enter your ISU username and password in the Login box.

4. Click on the MyISU Apps link at the bottom of the screen.

5. Click the Student Self Service Badge.

6. Click on the Miscellaneous Tab the top.

7. Click on the Co-Curricular Record link

8. Click the "Click for Printer Version".
9. From the browser "File" menu, select "Print Preview" to review or "Print" to print the record.

How do I obtain the Official Version of my Co-Curricular Record?

1. Fill out a Co-Curricular Record request form. They are available as a hard copy in the Office of Registration and Records.

2. Email, mail, fax, or walk the request form to the Office of Registration and records.

3.Walk-ins will be given their record upon completion and delivery of the form. Student requesting a mailed copy will have their record go out within one business day.

Includes information on internships, practicums, clinicals, and cooperatives performed while attending the university. Data in this section is collected and maintained by the Career Center.
