Critical Conversations

The Critical Conversations Program was designed to give people a place to learn about, experience, and discuss current issues that our facing us today. These issues include but are not limited to: women’s rights, LGBTQ issues, rape, misogyny, sexism, ageism, veteran issues, immigration, terrorism, race/ethnicity issues, and religious issues, etc. Critical Conversations gives participants the opportunity to engage in information conversations that allow them to share their belief and/or opinion in a safe, affirming manner.

Goals
  • To start conversations between students, faculty and staff, and community members
  • To give people a safe and open place to discuss and debate controversial issues
