Customer service software that allows for knowledge base management, self- serivce portal, and organization of client requests (submitting tickets). This service is used to acquire technical assistance for various issues.

All employees of Indiana State University. No cost.


Team Dynamics TDX has a badge in the portal that can be accessed to submit service assistance tickets. Log into your MyISU portal to access the badge.
