Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts should be submitted as a Microsoft Word® attachment to the JCEHE online journal management system.
- LOGIN if you are already a member
- REGISTER if you are new to JCEHE
Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Papers are accepted on an ongoing basis.
