Summer Camp and Conference Request Form

Indiana State University requires all on and off campus groups wishing to hold summer camps and conferences involving minors (18 years of age or younger) to register the event with the Office of Conference and Event Services. Failure to register can result in camp hosting privileges to be impacted.

Please submit this form ASAP for Summer 2023. The Office of Conference and Event Services will follow up via email in a timely manner about next steps to register the camp or conference.
