Elizabeth Colman currently serves as the Paul H. Tobias Attorney Fellow for The Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy, the charitable 501(c)(3) public education arm of the National Employment Lawyers Association. In her capacity as a Fellow, Elizabeth advocates for employee rights and engages in public education campaigns to achieve greater equality and justice in the American workplace. Elizabeth graduated from Indiana State University in 2007 with a degree in anthropology and a minor in political science. She spent nearly a decade working as a progressive political organizer and workers’ rights advocate before attending Golden Gate University School of Law (J.D., 2015). In law school, Elizabeth served as the Research Editor for the GGU Environmental Law Journal and earned specialization certificates in Public Interest Law and Labor & Employment Law.
