Program Description: |
The purpose of this project is threefold: first, to research British and American approaches to performing Shakespeare; second, to travel to the U.K to allow students to viscerally engage with Shakespeare's historic and cultural context, and to study with contemporary experts in Shakespeare performance, and third, to embody that research and experimental learning in the rehearsal and performance of a Shakespeare production. |
