Refund Policy
A new refund policy goes into effect for Fall 2016 for students who withdraw from the University or are approved for a release from Housing Contract.
Housing Refund Schedule

| Weeks 1-4 | 75% |
| Weeks 5-8 | 50% |
| Weeks 9-12 | 25% |
| After Week 12 | 0% |
Meal Plan Refund
The meal plan charges will be refunded using the following formula:
1. The base rate of the meal plan will be refunded utilizing the following schedule:

| After Week 12 | 0% |
2. The credits will be refunded at the current conversation rate (currently $0.20 per credit).
3. Any unused commons cash will be refunded dollar for dollar (100%)
