What do you like most about being an Honors student?
I love the Honors community! I have met amazing friends and faculty through the Honors program, and I always feel supported. As an incoming freshman, the Honors community made me feel welcome and accepted.
Leadership and involvement at STATE:
I am a University Honors Scholar, Co-Operations Coordinator for Camp Kesem, and I am a student employee at the ISU Early Childhood Education Center. I have also been involved with the ISU Peer Mentoring Program at Benjamin Franklin Elementary and Alternative Breaks.
What advice do you have for incoming Honors students?
Never be afraid to reach out and ask for help! As a member of the Honors College, you are surrounded by people that want to support you and watch you succeed.
