Information for Partnership Delegates
We are honored to welcome delegates from our non-profit and corporate partners to participate in the inauguration of Dr. Deborah J. Curtis on Friday, April 13, 2018. If you received an invitation to serve as a delegate, please reply no later than Thursday, March 22 to ensure inclusion in the program. Reservations for participation will be accepted until April 6 without program inclusion.
Parking
Complimentary parking will be available in Lot D located at Ninth and Eagle Streets, just north of Hulman Center, or in the Cherry Street Parking Garage located at Eighth and Cherry Streets.
Check-In
Delegates may check-in at the Hulman Center, beginning at 11 a.m. Please enter through the Eighth Street doors.
Lunch
All delegates are invited to pick up lunch at their convenience from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the Upper Concourse of the Hulman Center.
Processional
You will receive your assigned processional location upon check-in. Processional line-up will begin at 12:30 p.m. Ceremony begins at 1 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 2:30 p.m.
Reception
All ceremony participants and guests are invited to a reception on the Upper Concourse of the Hulman Center immediately following the ceremony.
