UKG

The UKG timekeeping system is designed to assist departments with timekeeping responsibilities.  The following documents are user guides developed to assist timekeepers and supervisors using the UKG system.

TO ACCESS THE UKG APPLICATION

• Click this link: https://IndianaState-sso.prd.mykronos.com This is also accessible in the Portal as the UKG App.
• Download the Mobile Application UKG Pro, then use the https://IndianaState-sso.prd.mykronos.com as the tenant link. You'll then need to tap SSO login. See further instructions here.
• Log in to UKG using your portal login (e.g., bob.example@indstate.edu plus password).
