Creative Writing Contest Winners Announced

Residential Life announced the student winners of our spring creative writing contest.  We had many wonderful submissions from students, but ultimately our staff found two great pieces from Kaila and Brianna.  Thank you to everyone who submitted, and to our wonderful winners for your time, creativity, and thoughtfulness!

Our first place winner is Kaila with her piece "Evolution of Woman"

"As a writer and poet, every written work I create is done in efforts to comfort others, tell common stories that often are not spoken of, and inspire people to conquer the toughest of situations and create a better tomorrow."

Our second place winner is Brianna with her piece "Killed by the constitution".
