Facility Usage Fees

Technical charge is $25 per room per day if any technical equipment is used.
Auditorium and Classrooms can be rented on an hourly basis prorated; however the auditorium has a $100.00 minimum and the classrooms have a $75.00 minimum rental charge.
If rented without using the auditorium or a classroom, otherwise it comes with those rooms if needed.
We are not open on Sundays.
The only supplies Landsbaum has for use are exam table paper, blood pressure cuffs, otoscope/opthamalascope, Kleenex, gloves (med) and sundry jars filled with tongue depressors, swabs, and cotton balls – please inform us if you wish to use any of these items.
It is policy all events held at Landsbaum Center for Health Education will be health education related. Owners of the Landsbaum Center may use the Center at no cost as long as the event is health education related. Outside organizations are subject to the fees scale.
