Participating in Indiana State University's United Way campaign is an opportunity to join together to make a difference in our community. As we look beyond ISU to our surrounding communities, the needs are great and seem to grow with each year. United Way provides us an effective way that we can all be part of the effort to address those needs. It is an opportunity to show that ISU cares and prove that together we can do so much more than we can alone. In 2014, 368 ISU faculty and staff raised more than $62,000 for the United Way. It is an event for the entire ISU community to join together and demonstrate support for those organizations and people in need. ISU's United Way campaign operates on a completely voluntary basis; there is no pressure on you to contribute. Rather, we hope you will participate because you see this as a valuable way to support many of the helping agencies in the communities where we live and work.

Our 2015-16 campaign kicked off on Sept. 15 and will conclude in January 2016.
