Linda Owens Parker Scholarship
Dr. Willis Parker established the Linda Owens Parker Scholarship in 1984 in recognition of his wife's successful completion of her Ph.D. in Special Education, the Linda Owens Parker Scholarship is awarded annually to an outstanding junior in Special Education who plans to be a classroom teacher. Final selection is made by a committee appointed by the chair of the department.
