Culturally Relevant Pedagogy Series: National First Generation College Student Panel Discussion

National First-Generation College Student Celebration - Each November hundreds of colleges and universities, across the country, join the Center for First-generation Student Success and the Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) to host an annual National First-Generation College Celebration. The event honors the anniversary of the signing of the Higher Education Act of 1965. First-generation participants will receive leadership certificates, and receive information and resources that enhance student retention and graduation.
