This class is a mix of two popular disciplines of yoga, yin and yinyasa flows, that work together to restore muscles and promote recovery. These elements combine into an hour-long workout beginning with breath anchored strengthening flows, and transitions to a gentle stretch to target the connective tissues helping to increase circulation in the joints while improving flexibility.
