This class focuses on high and low intensity dance moves that increase both muscle strength and flexibility. You don't have to be a dancer, just someone who wants to get an exciting and challenging workout in. Don't forget your water bottle!
The Center for Global Engagement and the Faculty Center for Teaching Excellence will hold three information sessions for faculty members interested in applying to make their 2025 faculty led trips eligible for students to use ISU Advantage Experience Grant funds to travel. The one-hour sessions will be held in the FCTE on: Tuesday, January 23, at 10 am Wednesday, January 24.
