In keeping with mitigation guidelines required for all events held in Hulman Center, all students participating in commencement, and their guests, will be required to wear a face-covering over their nose and mouth. Students must complete the daily health assessment, sent to them via their Sycamores email account, and must receive a green checkmark to participate in the ceremony. Guests will not be admitted to Hulman Center without a ticket, and should not attend if they feel ill.
Capacity for Hulman Center has been reduced, due to COVID-19 restrictions. Tickets will be required for entry to the appropriate college ceremony. Students with guests needing ADA seating must contact the Hulman Center Ticket Office at 1-877-ISU-TIXS to obtain those ADA tickets.
The deadline to reserve complimentary guest Commencement tickets is April 30, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. A limit of (4) guest tickets per graduating student will be permitted. Beginning Monday, May 3 at 8:00 a.m., unclaimed tickets, if any, will be available with a limit of two additional tickets per graduating student. There is not guarantee that there will be extra unclaimed tickets, but we recommend logging in as early as possible that morning to better your chances. Ticket numbers will vary by commencement ceremony. Children who have reached their second birthday will also require a ticket.
Once you have reserved your tickets, you will need to transfer them to your guests. Please refer to the Mobile Ticket Transfer Guide. Once you have transferred your tickets, your guests will need to open the email to accept them AND add the tickets to their mobile device. Those guests without a Ticketmaster account will need to first create an account by choosing "Sign Up"—then follow the link in the email to accept tickets. Please have all steps completed by May 5. Do not wait until graduation day to transfer your tickets. If all guests of the same graduate will be entering Hulman Center together, it is permissible for ONE guest to have all tickets on one mobile device, for presentation upon entry. This option will only work if your group stays together and enters the doors at the same time.
Our ceremonies will also be live-streamed to allow your additional loved ones the opportunity to celebrate with you in real-time.
