Residential Peer Mentors (RPMs)

The Residential Peer Mentor (RPM) position is a specialized mentoring position that works with our STARS Initiative and Project Success. The RPMs are upper-class students how who live on our STARS and Project Success floors in the Residence Halls, similar to a Resident Assistant (RA), but they focus on helping their students develop successful academic habits during their first year at Indiana State University. For more information about the RPM position, please check out the information below.
