Residential Peer Mentors (RPMs)
The Residential Peer Mentor (RPM) position is a specialized mentoring position that works with our STARS Initiative and Project Success. The RPMs are upper-class students how who live on our STARS and Project Success floors in the Residence Halls, similar to a Resident Assistant (RA), but they focus on helping their students develop successful academic habits during their first year at Indiana State University.
