We care about our patients and are taking extra precautions to ensure patients’ safety and protect their well-being while still providing excellent service to them during this difficult time. We offer 1 on 1 visits which helps with social distancing while also addressing your Physical Therapy needs.

Established in 2010, the PTSRC is the only pubic university owned and operated full-service rehabilitation clinic in Indiana. The PTSRC, directed by Dr. Jimmie Storms, is a self-supporting clinic located in the College of Health and Human Services and staffed by licensed physical therapists. The mission of the PTSRC is to provide students with high quality experiential learning, provide faculty practice opportunities, and serve the physical therapy and rehabilitation needs of patients at Indiana State University and in the Wabash Valley.

Who can use the Clinic?

Anyone may be evaluated by a clinician. We accept most insurances as well as those who do not have insurance. If you are unsure, please call and we can discuss your situation and schedule an injury screen or full evaluation.
Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
