Richard W. (Dick) Dubé

Dube_DickRichard W. (Dick) Dubé is Executive Vice President - Chief Audit Executive & Ethics Officer of Old National Bancorp and a member of its Executive Leadership Group. He joined Old National as the General Auditor in January 1997 and was promoted to Vice President, Audit and Risk Manager in 1999. Dubé was promoted to Senior Vice President - Chief Audit Executive in 2001 and Executive vice President in 2005. In 2008 he was named Ethics Officer. As Ethics Officer he is responsible for developing policies and programs that deal with ethics-related matters, maintaining ethics training and education programs, overseeing the company's hotline reporting system, and updating the company's Code of Ethics.

Dubé has more than 40 years of bank internal audit experience at various financial institutions in Maine, Wisconsin, Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. He is a graduate of Thomas College in Waterville, Maine where he obtained a B.S. in Accounting. He is also a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Development Program at Northwestern University. Dubé has several professional certifications including CBA (Certified Bank Auditor), CFSA (Certified Financial Services Auditor), CRP (Certified Risk Professional) and CFIRS (Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Association, Financial Services Auditor Group, and Ethics & Compliance Officers Association.

Mark Sifferlen

Sifferlen_MarkMark Sifferlen is the first-ever Vice President of Ethics & Compliance at Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI). In this role, Mark oversees the Company's compliance with its Code of Business Conduct and its ethics and compliance program, focusing on high-profile compliance areas such as bribery and export controls. He also serves as the Company’s Corporate Secretary and focuses on corporate governance and compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange. Mark’s current position was created in 2012 to ensure the company maintains its high ethical standards. For six straight years the Company has been selected as one of the most ethical companies in the world by Ethisphere magazine and has been named to Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s top 100 corporate citizens 12 times in 14 years.

Mark has been with Cummins since 2000, and has held positions as Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary, Senior Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment. He launched Cummins’ online compliance training program in 2005 and is the primary author of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct. He is also a certified Six Sigma Sponsor at Cummins. Prior to joining Cummins, Mark was with Consolidated Products and Baker & Daniels.

Robert L. Smith

Smith_BobRob Smith is senior director of corporate responsibility at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, Rob leads a team that has developed and executed a new corporate responsibility strategy, including launching a novel global health program in the area of non-communicable diseases. Rob also serves as president of the Eli Lilly and Company Foundation, which donated $30 million last year in work to improve human health and strengthen communities.

The Foundation supports many worthwhile causes, most notably Lilly’s commitment to battle multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and Elanco Animal Health’s dedicated work to reduce the burden of hunger in communities around the world. Rob has been with Lilly since 1996. He has held numerous positions with the company, including fianancial analyst, manager of investor relations and director of corporate communications.

Ethics
